Cadogan Financial Limited is a small, highly specialised, UK-based and owner-managed firm.  We work with governments, regulators, trade associations, training organisations, market participants and their service and information providers to create and further develop collective investment scheme (investment or mutual funds) and asset management sectors, primarily in emerging markets.

As a small firm, we are flexible and able to make decisions rapidly.  As experts in our subject area who draw on a wide range of experience in developed and emerging markets, we are able to assess new markets rapidly and advise, based not only on international best practice but also on what is practicable in the context of the domestic or regional legal and operational environment. 

Our two directors, Mark St Giles and Sally Buxton, have worked together since 1989 and with the firm since its inception: a principal always leads and works on each of our projects, most of which are funded by the Asian Development Bank, the Department for International Development (UK), the FIRST Initiative or the World Bank.
