Ukraine: in 2004/2005 we worked for three man months on the Trust Management in Ukraine project for the National Bank of Ukraine and Financial Services Commission of Ukraine to develop a law governing the management of assets by way of business, which was funded by the World Bank.  The project began was completed in March 2005 and included reviewing the domestic market to assess current practice in relation to asset management; giving two seminars on concepts of trust and asset management and writing a report identifying these principles and making recommendations on improvements required to the draft law.
