China: we have been working since 2004 with the Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission on developing the regulatory framework and regulatory practice in relation to distribution of securities investment funds, financed by the FIRST Initiative for approximately three man months.  This has included undertaking an international review of distribution of funds, including regulation of said distribution; delivery of a round table on developing distribution channels for funds and delivery of a study tour to Australia to study fund distribution there.
