Bosnia & Herzegovina: between 1992 and 2002, we worked with the privatisation ministries and securities commissions in the two entties, financed by DfID, on privatisation policy and capital market development.  This included the design of the mass privatisation process in Republika Srpska (‘RS’), the drafting of the privatisation fund law and underlying regulations and development of privatisation methodology and mechanics (such as the method of voucher transfer to funds and the funds’ bidding processes).
