We have advised on the drafting of asset management, privatisation investment fund and investment fund laws and regulations in more than twenty emerging markets. In general, we recommend encapsulating principles only in the law, with detail being given in underlying regulation which is capable of more rapid adjustment to circumstances at they develop.
